Step 1: Open Computer and Click on Organize.

Step 2: Click on Folder and Search Options.

Step 3: Click on the View Tab.

Step 4: Check the Show Hidden Files Option That Is Found in the Advanced Settings Window and Click Apply.

Step 5: Open Computer and Type C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT

Step 6: Click Enter and You Will Find 5 Themes and Each Theme Resembles a Country.

Step 7: Double-click on a theme to apply.
