1. You don't need to enter in safe mode, at Login Screen press Ctrl alt delete twice and you have classic login screen, from there you can type administrator.
2. You can use admin account if it has no password....
I tried entering in safe mode .administrator login pop up but,has a password.still can't get in .any suggestions?
