Fastest solution - fixed in 15min

  1. Download Active@ Boot Disc, and burn iso file to the disc.
  2. Run Active@ Boot Disc
  3. Open My Computer > Properties >> Untick - compress this drive to save disc space
  4. Remove Active@ Boot Disc
  5. Reboot normally.

Done.

Once you've done that, reboot after removing active boot disc cd.
Your computer will boot normally.
