what if you can't even get to the Windows Start up screen?
mine crashed during the disk check at stage 4/5. what should i do? it was a 69 percent then i heard the hard drive and cpu stop then after a few mins it rebooted and failed to boot so i had to do what i always do. unplug it, press the power button, plug it in and turn in back on. this is driving me mad!!!
